Zenit rewards loyal fans

St. Petersburg, Russia (AHN) - After driving for 9320 Miles to watch their team play in the far east of Russia, three fans of Zenit St Petersburg were offered a new car by the Premier League club as their old car could not make the return trip.

The trio traveled in an old Honda from St Petersburg to Vladivostok on the shores of the Sea of Japan. They watched their team, Zenit, as it took on Luch-Energiya during a league match it won by 2-0 last month.

The fans abandoned their twenty-year-old Honda Civic in the town and boarded a train back to St Petersburg. Last weekend, the team presented the fans with a new Toyota Corolla during another Premier League game that played in the city.
