As if the locale, in the yard of the famous Stroganoff palace, wasn't enough, this delightful open-air cafe restaurant has also got a gimmick up its sleeve. It is officially the first (and in fact to our knowledge only) telephone cafe in Saint Petersburg. That's right, each table has a phone and private number - meaning you can call the sexy stranger on the table opposite and invite them on a date, make an indecent proposal or even tell them that you love them.
